How long has Rainbow Warehouse been in business?
Rainbow Warehouse has been selling rainbow/pride merchandise since December 2000.

How can I order from Rainbow Warehouse?
You have several ways to shop with Rainbow Warehouse - either at a Rainbow Party, at a major Gay & Lesbian event around Australia (but who can wait that long!) or on-line. 

When shopping on-line choose whichever ordering and payment option is easiest for you - happy shopping!

1. Order On-line 
You can order from us by shopping on-line using our fully secure internet site.  Browse our website, make your selections and then proceed to the checkout where you have a number of payment options (see below). 

Please allow approximately 4 weeks for delivery, depending on the items ordered (eg clothing, embroidered items such as bags etc).

2. Mail or Phone Order



How do I exchange an item?
We are happy to exchange items for you, provided they are returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your order.   Please refer to our refunds/returns policy below.

Note: Return postage costs are at the customer's expense.

What is your refunds/returns policy?
All Rainbow Warehouse products are covered by our 100% Money Back Guarantee.
Make your selections as above, print out your order form & post this along with your payment to:

3. Fax
When you have finished making your selections, print out your order and fax it to us with your credit card details on 03 5248 3615. 

 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return the item to us in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt of your order, including your name, address, contact phone number and the reason for return.  Please advise whether you would prefer a refund, exchange for another item or credit.  All refunds are issued by cheque (regardless of your original method of payment) and exclude delivery costs.  Refunds cannot be issued if the goods are not returned to us.

How do I order in a currency that isn't listed on your website?
Place your order as usual.  All payments are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) when your order is despatched.  Your payment (in AUD) will automatically be converted to your own currency by the financial institution which issued your credit card.

Note: The other currencies listed are a guide only.

What are the freight costs for overseas orders?
Freight costs vary enormously depending on your order and where it is being shipped to.  After you place your order, we will contact you by email to advise the economy postage costs for your order & ask that you confirm whether you would like to proceed.  Delivery will take approximately 3 weeks from the date your order is depatched.

How can I pay for my order?
When you are ready to complete your purchase either online, or via Phone/Fax or Mail Order, you can use any of the four payment options below. 

1. Paying by credit card
The easiest & most convenient way to purchase is to use your credit card to pay for your order on our secure Web site.  We use SSL encryption to ensure that your credit card details are secure at all times.

2. Phone Orders
You can also complete an order by browsing online, noting your requirements. Then you can call our Customer Service Department and pay over the phone with your Credit Card. This can be done during Business Hours on (03) 5248 3613

3. Fax Orders
If you are not comfortable using our secure on-line payment facility, then you can proceed to the checkout and print the order page and fax it to us on 03 5248 3615 along with your credit card details (type of card, your name as it appears on the card, card number, 3-digit security code, expiry date and your signature).

4. Mail Order
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or money order, please proceed to the checkout, print the order page, complete the relevant details, attach correct payment and post it to:

Please note:  Cheques will be presented and need to be cleared before your order can be despatched.

Delivery
All goods are packed in our warehouse in Geelong and sent by Australia Post or Courier during business hours.

Order Status
Once you've clicked PURCHASE within the shopping cart area, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order and providing an order number.  Please quote your order number in any correspondence with us.
