RAINBOW PARTY^TM HOST INFORMATION

Suggestions for a great Rainbow Party^TM

• Invite about 12-15 friends or more, if possible 
• Use the invitations supplied & show our catalogue so friends have an idea of the range of products that we sell
• Suggest to friends that they host a party of their own, especially if they can’t come to your Party
• Remember to tell your friends that there's no pressure to buy & NO party games!
• We ring you about 4-5 days before the Party to confirm times etc

• We arrive about half an hour before the start time to set-up our display
• Relax & enjoy the Party!
• We show our extensive range of products & then take orders, which takes about 2 hours or more depending on the size of the Party
• We give you a summary of Party orders (monies paid & to collect) and your Shopping Allowance on the day 

• We take orders at the Party & deliver orders 4 weeks later.  [In cases where the order is being sent by courier, we may need you to collect payment within 3 weeks of the Party & then we deliver orders when we've received the full payment (by credit card, direct deposit, cheque, money order etc)]
• We take all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Diners Club & American Express).  Credit card transactions aren't processed until 3 weeks after the Party

• Collect any money outstanding before the delivery date from those friends who haven't paid in full
• Please ring your Consultant to advise them when you’ve collected the money owing from your Party & to arrange delivery
• If your order is being delivered by courier, please forward payment by the due date.  Payment may be made by credit card over the phone, by direct deposit over the internet, or by postal note or cheque.

• Rainbow Party^TM orders are delivered in person by the Rainbow Party Consultant^TM or by courier during business hours to your street address as the Host.  Please advise your Consultant of any special delivery instructions.
• If your order is being sent by courier, orders are not despatched until full payment has been received for the Party (see above for payment methods)
• Each customer order is packed individually & labelled so that when friends call around to collect their order all you have to do is hand them their package!

RAINBOW PARTY^TM CHECKLIST

• Arrange delivery with your Rainbow Party Consultant when all the money has been collected or forward payment before the due date if the order is being sent by courier
